Local storage

Information entered into the app is stored locally on the user's device. Users control what they enter, edit, export, or share from their device.

Exports and sharing

If a user exports or shares an appeal packet, that action is controlled by the user's device and chosen share destination.

No tracking

The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics tracking, or cross-app tracking.

Children

The app is intended for adults managing health insurance paperwork. It is not directed to children.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the app changes. The current policy will remain available on this page.
